Soar Media Marketing Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the cancellation procedures for Soar Media Marketing services.

Cancellation Notice:

Clients must provide a minimum of 30 days written notice of cancellation to Soar Media Marketing.This notice period allows for the orderly wind-down of ongoing campaigns, such as SEO efforts and paid advertising, to minimize potential disruptions and ensure a smooth transition.

Cancellation Fees:

Cancellations with 30+ days' notice:

No cancellation fees will be incurred.

Cancellations with less than 30 days' notice:

A prorated fee will be applied to the final invoice. This prorated fee will cover the costs incurred by Soar Media Marketing up to the 30-day cancellation notice period.

Billing:

Cancellation will be effective on the date specified in the written notice.The final invoice will include any prorated fees, if applicable. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.

Exceptions:

Soar Media Marketing reserves the right to terminate service immediately for any reason, including but not limited to non-payment, breach of contract, or abusive behavior. In the event of service termination by Soar Media Marketing, no refunds will be issued.
